Appointments can be made at any time for any service. However, in the event of cancellation, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required (preferably by telephone or text message). This will be the case for both client and therapist. Failure by the client to provide adequate notice of cancellation is subject to the full treatment fee being charged.

If you forget to attend your appointment or are too late to attend, you will be charged the full amount and future appointments will be subject to a 50% non-refundable deposit with the balance to be paid at your appointment, or prior to it. If you need to cancel due to illness, please let me know as soon as possible. Any deposits will be transferred to your next treatment.

Payment is required at the time of treatment by cash, cheque or voucher (if applicable). Failure to pay within a reasonable time period will result in future treatment being refused.
